The government is easing COVID-19 restrictions – here is how that affects us at Cartopia | GDK in Mill Hill.

 

Our workshop is now open for repairs, servicing and MOTs for all customers and can be contacted by phone, email or online to discuss requirements. If you have trouble restarting your car after lockdown, please get in touch and we will help get you back on the road.

 

Our bodyshop is now open for repairs including insurance claims and we have also reopened our alloy wheel refurb centre.

 

Our sales and sourcing arm will be reopening on a limited basis from 15th June for both new and used car sales, on an appointment only basis.

 

As part of our mission of Keeping You Safe, you will notice effective and far-reaching anti-coronavirus measures.

 

These include:

 

• Sanitising all vehicles, both before and after each service including your key

 

• Strict social distancing measures, including scheduled appointment times and clear guidelines on display

 

• Safer test drives, with limited occupants in the vehicle at one time – plus PPE including masks and gloves are provided

 

• Rigorous hygiene standards, including alcohol and disinfectant wipes used on all surfaces including our card reader after every use

 

• Regular hand washing, with all staff engaging in thorough hand washing with soap and water as often as possible

 

• Protection for all, with all staff being provided with appropriate PPE, including fresh gloves each time they serve a new customer, along with the installation of a Perspex screen at the counter

 

• Keeping You Safe, introducing the first of its kind, a virtual MOT viewing area! If you want to wait for your car, masks are provided if you don’t have your own. While you wait you can watch the progress of your MOT via our Zoom Video Link, either on our tablet or on your own device.
